Market for cleaning and maintenance of housing, common areas, containers of Agen Habitat heritage and removal of bulky items over the period 2020-2023.

The purpose of this consultation is to provide all cleaning and maintenance services for housing, common areas, containers belonging to Agen Habitat's assets and removal of bulky items over the period 2020-2023.

The market is a "Reserved Market" within the meaning of article L. 2113-13 and article R. 2113-7 of the new public order code. It will be allocated to a structure for integration through economic activity mentioned in Article L. 5132-4 of the Labor Code, or to an equivalent structure, when it employs a minimum proportion of 50% of disadvantaged workers.

The contract is a single-beneficiary framework agreement executed as the order forms are issued, in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162- 14 of the new public procurement code.

The minimum and maximum amount of the contract for the initial period (12 months) and for each period of renewal are defined as follows:

- no minimum annual amount;

- annual maximum amount in EUR excluding tax: 300,000 EUR.
