Collection and management of municipal waste generated in the Alwernia commune

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste arising on the property inhabited in the municipality of Alwernia. The scope of the contract also includes:

- providing containers and bags for the selective collection of municipal waste. The contractor is obliged to include in the price of the offer the cost of equipping multi-flat real estate with containers for municipal waste segregation, and in single-family real estate with bags for municipal waste segregation and with containers,

- cleaning up the area contaminated with waste from containers, containers, sacks and vehicles in the event of contamination during waste collection,

- collecting waste lying next to filled containers, multi-unit containers and bringing order to adjacent areas contaminated due to overfilling of containers used for collecting waste.

The subject of the order is collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at ul. I. Krasickiego 16 in Alwernia and equipment at the PSZOK point. The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point will be the place of collection and temporary storage of selectively collected waste contained in the municipal waste fraction, supplied by owners of real estate covered by the municipal waste management system (inhabited real estate). Waste collected at PSZOK will be transferred to entities authorized to recover or dispose of it, in accordance with applicable regulations in this respect.

The subject of the contract is collection and management of waste from 1.1 m containers 3 created in the village councils of the Commune and the city of Alwernia and delivery of containers with a capacity of 1.1 m 3 .

Waste collected from village councils and the city of Alwernia will be transferred to entities authorized to recover or dispose of them, in accordance with applicable regulations in this respect.
