A framework agreement will be procured for site gardening services for Lillehammer and Øyer municipalities. The aim is to meet the municipalities´ need for site gardening services, including operation/maintenance, renovation and development of green installations, parks and open spaces, as well as site gardening services for road installations.

The work assignments, for example, primarily concern the following (the list is not exhaustive):

Terrain work

Stone laying (granite and concrete stones)

Steps and walls

Establishment of lawns/grass banks, planting

Planting trees, professional pruning and tree felling

The competition can include assignments where the turnkey contractor is fully responsible for its subcontractors.

There is a further desire that the procurement will increase competence and create good relationships and collaboration in its implementation.

Generally, the municipality requires the service to be implemented in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and other administration requirements at all times, and as a minimum be implemented in accordance with the requirements for competence, precision and professional skill that is typical within the sector.

The contract will contain requirements that the chosen tender must be connected to an apprentice scheme at contract start-up and that one or more apprentices must participate in the contract work.
