The subject matter of this contract shall include:
— the provision of isolation fault detection systems based on passive optical current sensors;
— maintenance of isolation fault detection systems based on passive optical current sensors (spare parts supply, repair, commissioning assistance, training).
These devices will be used for underground cables.
The benefits will be of the following nature:

— maintenance of isolation fault detection systems based on passive optical current sensors (spare parts supply, repair, commissioning assistance, training).
Passive sensor detection systems are intended to detect isolation defects on the underground part of mixed works. For this, it uses passive current sensors installed at aero-underground transitions and active equipment installed in the electrical substation.
Two detection principles can be implemented:
— differential detection: calculation of longitudinal differential current phase by phase;
— detection at the grounding level of screens: flow of short circuit current in the grounding of screens for cables whose screens are grounded at a single point (cable mass principle).
