Design and implementation of an evaluation survey of a multi-country program on cheeses of Europe in internal markets in Denmark, France and Ireland which 2 main objectives are:

— Objective 1: To increase the consumption of cheese in each market,

— Objective 2: To increase awareness of the characteristics of cheese a food of Union agriculture by highlighting its characteristics particularly in terms of its quality, taste and diversity.

Design and implementation of an evaluation survey of a multi-country program on cheeses of Europe in internal markets in Denmark, France and Ireland which 2 main objectives are:

— Objective 1: To increase the consumption of cheese in each market,

— Objective 2: To increase awareness of the characteristics of cheese a food of Union agriculture by highlighting its characteristics particularly in terms of its quality, taste and diversity.

At a local level: actions targeting key opinion leaders who will in turn relay information to the target consumers:

— influencers: social media, websites, PR, events, bloggers competition,

— education/training: workshops, training in hospitality establishments,

— healthcare professionals: insertion in press,

— retailers/Cheese-makers/POS: brochures/leaflets, in-store activities,

— consumers: online activities.
