Implementation of Oracle database and Weblogic Oracle database service and support services in the period from 1.6.2020 to 30.6.2021

1. The subject of the contract is the performance by the contractor for the contracting authority of the following scope:

1.1. basic order: provision of website services for Oracle database software;

1.2. optional order: provision of website services for Oracle Weblogic software.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

3. Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract are set out in the contract template attached as Annex 10 to the ToR.
