1.The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity between 01.07.2022r. to 30.06.2023r. to 621 intake points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) 4 689.49 MWh, including: for premises and facilities- tariff groups C, G (Part 1 of the order) — 3 338.74 MWh, for premises and facilities and objects- tariff group B (Part 2 of orders) — 419.91 MWh, for road lighting purposes (Part 3 of the order) 930.84 MWh. The above data are indicative. The recipients will pay for the energy actually collected according to the rates specified in the Agreement.

2.Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate contracts concluded between contracting agents (electricity customers) and the distribution system operator (DSO).

3.The Contractor, on the basis of the granted Power of Attorney, shall be obliged to notify on behalf of his own and the contracting authorities (customers) contracts for the sale of electricity to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable provisions.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract — 3,338.74 MWh, including:

Zone I 1 714,97 MWh

Zone II 1,512,38 MWh

Zone III 111.39 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place between 01.07.2022 and 30.06.2023r, subject to different dates for the start of delivery in respect of part of the conscription points as described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column “Delivery Period”.

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 419.91 MWh, including:

Zone I 158,02 MWh

Zone II 45.72 MWh

Zone III 216.17 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place between 01.07.2022 and 30.06.2023r. The details of delivery dates for individual conscription points are described in Annex No 1b to SWZ the “Supply Period” column.

5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.

6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire with effect on the date preceding the scheduled start date of supply (the “Supply Period” column).

7. For all PPE, the change of the seller will take place once again.
