The subject of the contract is the cleaning services of internal and external surfaces for the District Court in Lublin (including Opinionist Teams of Judicial Specialists in Lublin, Chełm and Biała Podlaska) and internal or external surfaces subordinate functional courts: Courts District: in Włodawa, in Ryky, Opole Lublin, Kraśnik and Lubartow.

Task No I includes cleaning internal and external surfaces (including maintenance of green areas) in the buildings of the District Court in Lublin in locations: at 43 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, Krakowskie Przedmieście 47, Czechowicz Square 1 and Okopowa 1 Street.

A. internal area - premises of the District Court in Lublin in a building at 43 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Lublin (pylon A, B, historic part) with a total area of 6529.13 m²,

B. internal area - premises of the District Court in Lublin in a building at 47 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Lublin with a total area of office premises 1740,40 m²,

C. Internal surface - premises of the District Court in Lublin in a building at Pl. Czechowicz 1 in Lublin with a total area of office premises 3258,60 m²,

D. of internal space - premises rented by the District Court in Lublin in a building at Okopowa Street 1 in Lublin for the Opiniodawcza Panel of Court Specialists in Lublin with a total area of office premises 488, 60 m²,

E. external area - walkway and stairs in front of the building (2 m from the wall of the building) from Krakowskie Przedmieście 43 Street, the parking area located on the side of the building at Krakowskie Przedmieście Street 43 (entry from Krakowskie Przedmieście Street), the parking area located at Krakowskie Street. Suburb 43 (entrance from Żołnierzy Niepodległej Street), entrance stairs to the building from Ewangelicka Street and green areas of the property in Lublin with a total area of 3080,00m² (cube area - 2052m², green space area - 1028m²),

F. external area - walkway in front of the building (2 m from the wall of the building) and the parking lot located at the rear of the building at 47 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Lublin with a total area of 410,00 m²,

G. Exterior area - walkway in front of the building and parking lot located on the side of the building at Pl. Czechowicz 1 in Lublin with an area of 501.66 m².

The task No II includes cleaning of internal and external surfaces (including maintenance of green areas) of the Włodawa District Court in Włodawa in locations at 7 Sejmowa Street, 10A Market Street and 7 Kościelna Street.

The area covered by the cleaning service shall be:

A. internal area — premises of the Włodawa District Court in the building at 7 Sejmowa Street (archive area covered by cleaning 150,71 m², office space, communication strings, toilets, utility rooms covered by cleaning 723,08 m²) with a total area of 873.79 m²,

B. internal area — premises of the Włodawa District Court in the building at 10A Rynek Street (archive area covered by cleaning 69,12 m², office space, transport strings, toilets, utility rooms covered by cleaning 267,57 m²) with a total area of 336.69 m²,

C. internal area — premises of the Włodawa District Court in a building at Kościelna Street 7 with a total area of office rooms, common room, toilets, communication strings 242,08 m² (including staircase 17,07m²),

D. Exterior areas - the area around the buildings: 1.078 m2 (including green spaces — 400 m2, the area of the car parking lot 378 m2, the remaining area is external transport strings — stairs, walkways, building bands, etc. — 300 m2) on the property at Sejmowa Street 7.

Task No III includes cleaning of internal and external surfaces (including green space maintenance) of the District Court in Ryky in locations at 15 Kosciuszki Street and 21 Kosciuszki Street.

The area covered by the cleaning service shall be:

A. internal area - premises of the District Court in Ryky in a building at Kosciuszki Street 15 with a total area of 901.34 m²,

B. internal area - premises of the District Court in Ryky in a building at 21 Kosciuszki Street with a total area of 78.21 m²,

C. outdoor area 1240,00 m2, including walkway and green spaces -approx. 80,00 m2 and parking at Kosciuszki Street 15.

The task no. IV includes cleaning of internal and external surfaces of the District Court in Opole Lubelskie in locations at 46 Stary Rynek Street, 12 Piłsudskiego Street and Nowy Rynek Street 2.

The area covered by the cleaning service shall be:

A. of the internal area — premises of the District Court in Opole Lubelskie at Stary Market No. 46 with a total area of office premises (including archive and gas boiler room) 737,00 m²,

B. internal area — office premises, sanitary auxiliary rooms, cleaning (washing) of windows, doors and other equipment located in the utility rooms occupied by the District Court in Opole Lubelskie at Piłsudskiego 12 Piłsudskiego Street and includes office spaces — 6 rooms and bathroom, located on the first floor of the building, a room for interested people and a bathroom located in the basement with a total area of 143,80 m2 and a factory archive of 261.90 m2,

C. of internal area - the premises of the District Court in Opole Lubelskie at Nowy Rynek 2 Street — in the Curatorial Court Service Team with a total area of office and warehouse premises allocated for the archive 181,90 m²,

D. exterior area - walkway in front of the building and the site behind the building with a total area of: 217,20 m2 and external stairs leading to the Court, to the archive premises and to the children's hearing room in front of the building at Stary Market 46 with a total area of 23.30 m2 (no land greens).

Task No V includes cleaning the interior and external surfaces of Kraśnik District Court in locations at 81 Lubelska Street and Tysiąclecia 1 Al. and maintenance of green spaces.

The area covered by the cleaning service shall be:

A. internal area - premises of the District Court in Kraśnik in a building at 81 Lubelska Street in Kraśnik with a total area of office premises 1806,65 m²,

B. internal area - premises of the District Court in Kraśnik in a building at 1 Millennium Al. in Kraśnik with a total area of 280,50 m2,

C. internal area - premises of the District Court in Kraśnik V of the Perpetual Books Division in a building located at 6 Fabryczna Street in Kraśnik with a total office and archival space of 391.5 m2,

D. outer area - walkway in front of the building with an area of 349.00 m2, a parking lot located at the front and rear of the building at 81 Lubelska Street with an area of 299,00 m² and green spaces with an area of approx. 1000,00 m2.

The task no. VI includes cleaning the interior and external areas of the District Court in Lubartów at 57 Lubelska Street and internal at 3/21 Mickiewicza Street

The area covered by the cleaning service shall be:

A. internal area - premises of the District Court in Lubartów in a building at 57 Lubelska Street with a total area of 2100,00 m²,

B. internal area - premises of the District Court in Lubartów in the building at

3/21 Mickiewicza Street with a total area of 61.60 m²,

C. external area - walkway and stairs in front of the District Court building in Lubartów at 57 Lubelska Street, parking area located on the side of the building at Lubelska Street 57 (entry from Lubelska Street), parking area located at 57 Lubelska Street (entry from Cichej Street), maintenance green spaces of the property, with a total area of 3889.00 m² (including: cubes area - 1600m², green space area - 2289m²).

Task No VII includes cleaning the internal surface of the Opinionist Court Team of Specialists in Biała Podlaska at 1000th Anniversary 2.

The internal area covered by the cleaning service shall be:

180,30 m2 of premises rented by the District Court in Lublin in a building at 1000-lecia 2 Aleje Street in Biała Podlaska for the benefit of the Opiniodawowy Panel of Judicial Specialists in Biała Podlaska with a total area of office rooms together with communication and sanitary premises ( floor II of the building, part A).

The task of No VIII includes cleaning the internal surface of the Opinifying Court Team of Specialists in Chełm at 8 Lubelska Street. The internal area covered by the cleaning service is:

241.43 m² of rooms leased by the District Court in Lublin in a building at 8 Lubelska Street for the purposes of the Opinionist Court Team of Specialists in Chełm with total office space together with communication and sanitary premises.
