The subject of the invitation to tender is the renewal of maintenance licenses for software products used by Licensor IBM.

The current maintenance of the IBM software products used at Lecos GmbH is covered by an existing IBM Passport Advantage contract:

- Passport Advantage number: 26669,

- IBM customer number: 844662,

- Passport Advantage site number: 7488367,

- Relationship SVP Level: H.

The bidder must provide the unequivocal proof that the customer actually receives these maintenance rights without restriction from the licensor. This is also valid,

If the licensor does not offer these rights of use, but rather a dealer.

The Bidder must be listed with the licensor IBM as an IBM Business Partner or Authorized Dealer.

The existing system environment and administration are designed for IBM and the employees of Lecos are trained for these products. From a professional and economic point of view, it is not possible to switch to other products.
