The contract includes the construction of the Atlantic Bridge, in accordance with the tender documents, with all its works and procurements fully completed.

The contract includes four (4) milestones:

Intermediate Objective 1: Pallet Plate Cast 15.6.2020

Intermediate goal 2: Bridge deck cast 31.7.2020

Intermediate 3: HKL can install rails on Atlanta Street and Bridge 1.9.2020

Interim Objective 4: Saattokatu and Atlantinkatu are available on 31.12.2020.

All work must be completed and received, as well as the inspections required by the authorities and inspection bodies approved on 31.5.2021.

If the work is completed before the deadline specified in the contract, the developer may accept the work, but no compensation will be paid.

The contract form is an overall contract where the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor acting as the main contractor for the purposes of YSE and legislation. The contractor is responsible for site management and site services. The contract documents list the purchaser's purchases and individual contracts. The project will be implemented as a joint municipal technical site. The contractor who has awarded the most economically advantageous tender will be the contractor. The most economically advantageous offer is the offer that is the cheapest of the bids that meet the requirements set by the developer for the suitability of the tenderer.
