With this invitation to tender and its appendices, the Espoo Parish Union requests your tender for the safety services of the Espoo Parish Union for the period 1.2.2023 - 31.1.2026 and for a possible one (1) option period 1.2.2026 - 31.1.2027, the implementation of which the contracting entity will decide separately before the end of the contract period.

The aim of the safety services of the Espoo Parish Union is to manage risks related to personal and space safety, to improve the sense of security and comfort of staff and customers, and to guarantee trouble-free and safe transactions at the customer's sites.

In this procurement, the security services include emergency response centre services, emergency calls, district guarding, local guarding, guard call buttons, area surveillance based on camera surveillance and telephone emergency service.

One service provider is selected to provide security services. A more detailed description of the procurement is described in the appendices to the invitation to tender.
