Brakar AS ('Brakar') invites tenderers to an open tender contest for electrician services with the accompanying excavation work.

The contest will be held in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17 July 2016 No 73 and the regulations on procurement rules in the utilities sectors dated 8 December 2016 No 975, as an open tender contest. Parts I and III of the regulations apply for this procurement.

Tenderers are encouraged to read the tender documentation carefully and notify the contracting authority of any errors or uncertainties.

Brakar would like to enter into a framework agreement for electrician services with the accompanying excavation work. A detailed description of the assignment is in Annex 1 of the framework agreement. The contracting authority intents to enter into a framework agreement with three tenderers.

The framework agreement will apply to work carried out in Lier, Drammen, Øvre Eiker and Kongsberg Municipalities.
