This contract is a joint service contract for insurance of all types for all the services of the CITY, the CPAS and the Autonomous Communal Board of Hannut (RCA).

The contract begins on 1 January 2023 by notifying the successful tenderer of the approval of his tender.

The contract is for a period of one year from 1 January 2023 renewable by tacit agreement for three periods of one year unless three months' notice is given by either party before 1 October of each year and ending no later than 31 December 2026.

The tenderer undertakes to apply also all the conditions of these special specifications to all new services of the CITY or the CPAS or the CAR that request it.
