The acquisition is subject to marketing and visibility measures for the City of Helsinki's job reporting, as well as the production of various content to strengthen the employer image. In parallel with the City of Helsinki's own channels and campaigns, recruitment and employer marketing partners will be sought to carry out the marketing of the job report and produce content to strengthen the employer image, including career stories and to highlight the internal organisation do as well as attraction factors for different focus groups. Acquisition includes various publishing channels for job postings, additional visibility and content production for job listings, and employer and recruitment marketing for the service provider and customer's own platforms.
The acquisition is divided into three (3) subdivisions:
— Subdivision 1: Job listings portals with browses over 3 million per year and additional visions
— Subdivision 2: Other portals and additional visions of job postings
— Subdivision 3: Employer Marketing Content Production and Promotions.
Service providers complaining to Subdivision 1 cannot be selected for Subdivision 2. The bidder can offer to all aspects. The bidding comparison is first made for Subdivision 1.

Job listings portals with browses over 3 million/year and additional visionsThe acquisition is subject to portal listing of job postings and additional visibility products for job notification from service providers whose notification portal has more than 3 million notification views per year for tasks where the location of the job is Helsinki. The number of job postings in which the position is Helsinki should be more than 14,400 per year. The listing of job notification portals includes direct transfers of all job postings in the City of Helsinki (estimate 7,800 pcs per year), organization-specific direct transfers and releases of individual job postings. Additional visibility products are additional visibility of a direct or manually published open task on a service provider's portal or off-site advertising.

Other portals and additional visions of job postingsThe acquisition is subject to portal listing of job postings and additional visibility products for job reporting from service providers whose job report portal and portal linked visibility products can be allocated regionally and/or the portal provides a broad range of public administration professionals the applicant base. The listing of workplace notification portals includes organization-specific direct transfers as well as releases of individual job listings. Additional visibility products are additional visibility of a direct or manually published open task on a service provider's portal or off-site advertising.

Employer Marketing Content Production and PromotionsThe acquisition is subject to employer-marketed content generation and implementation additional visibility products that support the development of the client's employer image and recruitment marketing. Content production refers to things like career story articles, pictures and video productions in this context. The service provider must have access to job seekers” allocation data to whom the content and the additional visions planned for them can be allocated.
