The services advertised here include the tasks of an IPA coach of the project alliance in the quay wall project "Replacement construction Salzgitterkai".

Due to the interdisciplinary interfaces and the high need for coordination, the requirements for the project and the people involved are very complex. Against this background, it was decided to carry out this project in the form of an Integrated Project Alliance (IPA), as the financial and scheduling risks would be exceptionally high with a conventional construction contract in this project. For the replacement Salzgitterkai, the Integrated Project Alliance is to promote a cooperative process ("Best for Project") for the further optimization of the existing planning and in the realization of the construction work.

The responsibilities of the IPA coach include, but are not limited to:

- Team building and onboarding: Developing and shaping the IPA team

- Methodological competence: concrete project-related training of the alliance team with regard to IPA and lean methods
