The subject of this contract, divided into 3 Lots, is the award of 3 Framework Agreements through which Technological Products will be acquired, indicated in the respective Technical Tender Specifications, functional to the composition of Electronic Computers that will be used in order to implement ENAV's future corporate data centers.
It is represented, as of now, with reference to the Technological Products subject to procurement, that:
- Lot 1 will have as its object a Framework Agreement through which the Equipment contained in the respective Technical Specifications attached to the Tender Regulations will be acquired;
- Lot 2 will have as its object a Framework Agreement through which the Equipment contained in the respective Technical Specifications attached to the Tender Regulations will be acquired;
- Lot 3 will be a Framework Agreement through which the Equipment contained in the respective Technical Specifications attached to the Tender Regulations will be acquired.
Framework Agreement through which the functional equipment for the composition of Electronic Computers produced by HPE will be acquired.Framework Agreement through which the Technological Products, functional to the composition of Electronic Computers, contained in the relevant Technical Tender Specifications attached to the Tender Regulations, will be acquired. It should be noted that for all the devices of the Lot in question it will be technically possible to use the Equivalence referred to in art. 79 of Legislative Decree 36/2023.
