For the following services, Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) requires a service provider to provide the software:

Time management, job/cost planning, payroll, travel expense accounting, training management, ESS/MSS, digital personnel file, personnel administration, applicant management

The provision of the functionalities, software maintenance and technical maintenance for the duration of the contract period as well as accompanying training are also part of this tender and are to be provided by the service provider. (see Appendix 04 Framework Specifications)
