The acquisition is subject to the Framework Arrangement for Professional Construction and Indoor Technical Services.

Under the auspices of the Healthy Facilities 2028 program, the Ministry of Environment commissions surveys, guides and studies to address indoor air problems, develop the maintenance of the property stock and improve the quality of construction. The mandates may include subject-related studies, survey or interview studies, technical studies and professional services. The mandates focus on repair construction, but may also be related to new construction. The mandates cooperate with municipalities and real estate and construction operators, among others.

The mandate aims to support the health of the public building stock.
