The city of Rösrath intends to outsource the management of the new canteen, which is still under construction, to an external service provider. Completion is scheduled for early 2021. The kitchen / production area is equipped as a production kitchen in such a way that the concessionaire presupposes that the dishes are cooked and cooked. Here, as far as possible, raw materials are processed in-house with the involvement of regional producers / suppliers.

In addition, the concessionaire is requested to manage the events planned on the premises, in consultation with the respective organizers, with an appropriate food / beverage supply.

The advertised coverage includes the following service areas:

- Management of the canteen of the Freiherr vom Stein Rösrath school center with its own staff. This includes

- Management of the cafeteria including kitchen area using the Cook & Serve process and fresh preparation of cold components for lunch,

- successive and prompt delivery and delivery of hot dishes from the hot food counter,

- equipping the free flow area,

- washing the dishes,

- cleaning the kitchen and the serving area (including floors),

- Cleaning the tables and chairs in the dining room.

Management of the kiosk / bistro at your own risk.

After school, adjacent areas are used for events. The concessionaire is requested to prepare freely calculated catering offers for the respective events and to provide the events with food. The premises of the cafeteria are made available to the concessionaire free of charge.
