The competition concerns a contract for the purchase of one fire and rescue vehicle with equipment.

The procurement value is estimated to be approx. NOK 4 000 000 excluding VAT per annum.

The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. For further information refer to the tender documents.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The contracting authority reserves the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms.

The contract duration starts on 16 March 2020 until the assignment completion.

The contracting authority shall enter into an agreement with one (1) tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that an agreement can be signed if awarded.
