For its headquarters at Karl-Wiechert-Allee 60C, 30625 Hannover, Germany, Abfallwirtschaft Region Hannover (aha) is planning to build a new 4-storey social and office building with workshops (abbreviation: KWA-Z04) on its own premises.

In the new building complex, a social area, an administrative area for the employees of the building management, the construction planning and the EDP, as well as various meeting and training rooms will be created. In the adjoining single-storey central section, the technical rooms supplying the entire complex as well as two workshops are planned. The hall construction will receive a set solid core for further workshops. Open and closed storage areas are provided on the workshops (1st floor workshops).

The subject of this award procedure are the services relating to the ETICS with clinker slips / 300.335:

- 1,100 m² façade area ETICS mineral wool insulation

- 1,100 m² reinforcing layer, plaster strips and expansion profiles

- 55 sqm plinth work, insulation plinth plaster, insulation

- 1,100 m² façade made of clinker brick slips

- 55 sqm plinth slip
