1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Lubanie Municipality. The scope of the contract applies to all inhabited properties from the area of the municipality of Lubanie and PSZOK. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to swz.

Type and frequency of municipal waste collection 1.Non-segregated – from single-family building areas (tzj) 1 time/2 weeks from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period of 1 / month, - from multi-family building areas (so-called) 1 time / week from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period 1 time / 2 weeks, 2.Separately collected municipal waste Paper, Glass, Metals and plastics - from tzj 1 / month, - from the so-called 2 / month, Bio-waste constituting municipal waste - from tzj 1 once every two weeks in the period from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period of 1 / month, - from the so-called 1 time per week in the period from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period 1 time in 2 weeks, a) Ash from households - from tzj 1 time / month from 1.10 to 30.04, - from the so-called 1 time / month from 1.10 to 30.04, - from tzj and the so-called in july 1 collection of waste from before the property throughout the Municipality, - in the period from 1.05 to 30.09 residents can deliver ash to PSZOK in Kucerz. b) Paper, glass, metals and plastics from areas intended for public use – according to the actual needs at the Requesting Authority's notification, but not less often than 1/month, c) Bio-waste from areas intended for public use according to real needs for the Ordering Party's notification, but not less often than 2/month in the period from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period 1/month 2) Number of inhabitants The number of inhabitants inhabited is approx. 3823 people (data on the basis of submitted declarations for day 29.08.2022r.). 3) Number of properties: a) in single-family buildings - approx. 1312 pcs. b) in multi-family buildings – 1 pc. c) number of households – approx. 1313 pcs. 4). The amount of waste estimated for collection and development from inhabited real estate during the contract execution period – approx. 1431.70 Mg Requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law requires the Contractor/Subcontractor to employ on the basis of a full-time employment relationship within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 throughout the entire period of performance of the contract. Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 1040, 1043 and 1495, as amended) persons providing work related to the performance of activities during the implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. performing activities consisting in the direct (physical) performance of services (excluding managerial staff, administrative service). Detailed rules for documenting employment on the basis of an employment contract and the Ordering Party's rights to control the performance of this obligation and sanctions for its non-performance are specified in the documents of the procedure.
