The subject of this award are transport services in local rail passenger transport (SPNV) in the area of responsibility of the client.

The services to be rendered in the Kinzigtal subnetwork on the following routes:

RMV line HE5: Frankfurt Hbf — Fulda — Bebra;

RMV line RE50: Frankfurt Hbf — Gelnhausen — Fulda — Bebra;

RMV line RB51: Frankfurt Hbf — Hanau — Waechtersbach (- Bad Soden-Salmünster).

The services to be rendered in the timetable year 2026 comprise a total of around 3.2 million train kilometers per year. RMV accounts for approximately 3 million kilometres per year of this and NPT accounts for approximately 0.2 million kilometers per year.

The sub-network mentioned above is only awarded as a total service.
