For the insurance of the collection of Museum Hof van Busleyden (loan from the City of Mechelen to AGB MAC) we would like to enter into an agreement with an insurance broker for part of the own collection (including long-term loans) and the collection work.

The agreement with a term of four years is divided into:

a basis of five lots for which a mandatory price must be given:

- lot 1 - Part of Museum Hof van Busleyden's own collection,

- Lot 2 - Giants and ommegang figures,

- Lot 3 - Collection during a conservation / restoration treatment,

- lot 4 - Art transport from own collection,

- lot 5 - Collection on display at an external location.

And 2 lots as allowed options:

- lot 6 - Own collection stored at external locations,

- lot 7 - Art in public space.
