Construction of a structure, trapezoidal part of the Belvedere of lot B3A, for pedestrian access from the Tours Duo to the "Avenue de France" station of the T3 tram line and vice versa.

Construction of the trapezoidal part of the "Belvédère", a structure which allows connection by strictly pedestrian traffic, between the sidewalk on boulevard Jean Simon and the tram station "Avenue de France" on the one hand, and the Duo Towers and the widening of boulevard Jean Simon on the other hand. The work to be carried out essentially includes:

- the necessary development work on the railway sector for the creation of access and development of works rights-of-way,

- the creation of a support on the existing N pile of the Masséna bridge,

- the construction of the structure of the structure, composed of a metal frame and a concrete slab,

- sealing and joint work with adjacent structures,

- works for connection to the existing boulevard Jean Simon structure and the existing widening structure,

- development work on the surface of the trapezoid and the widening structure,

- equipment installation works including: water hammer and anti-intrusion devices, railing and SNCF protective mesh, lighting and devices for bicycle parking.
