The Regional Facilities Centre offers its customers the Modulo facility information service, data and analytics services, and expert services in property and facility management. With this tendering process, we are looking for more extensive expertise to support our own organisation especially in the expert services of property and facility management, as well as additional resources to ensure our own delivery reliability.
The procurement is divided into five areas:
1. Property management (strategic) expert services
2. Expert services for service facility networks
3. Financial expert services in property management
4. Strategic property lifecycle services
5. Operational property lifecycle services

Property Management (Strategic) Expert ServicesProperty management (strategic) expert services may include, for example, the following tasks:
•Drawing up a real estate strategy and facilitating strategy work according to the model of the Regional Facilities Centre
•Real estate portfolio according to the model of the Regional Premises Centre
•Establishment of property management KPIs

Expert services for service facility networksExpert services for service facility networks may include, for example, the following tasks:
•Development of the service structures of the wellbeing services county's health and social services and rescue services as a whole, assessing the services of the wellbeing services county, the ways and costs of organising them, and examining the network of services and service points.
•Assessing the ways in which services are organised in the wellbeing services counties and adapting the network of services to meet future service needs, taking into account the possibilities of regional cooperation and functional integrations.
•Calculation of service needs, costs and capacity and preparation of forecasts for optimisation, development of service networks and their various alternatives. The work includes examining regional population changes, preparing service-specific projections and evaluating other multidisciplinary sources.
•Comparison of service capacities with changes in service needs and future development and drawing conclusions based on this on the needs for change and development of the business premises portfolio as well as available capacities with alternatives.
•Optimisation of service network models from different perspectives, e.g. cost adjustment, renewal of service methods, accessibility of services, optimisation of investments, reduction of risks related to premises and reduction of repair backlog.
•Work related to service and service facility networks takes place in close cooperation with the customer and their in-house units and requires good interaction and cooperation skills.
Financial expert services in property managementFinancial expert services in property management may include, for example, the following tasks:
•Comparison of implementation and financing options for real estate investments
•Comparison of property/facility management options
•Economic analysis of the service facility network
