The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Kleszczewo Commune along with the implementation of services and additional obligations.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") constitutes Annex 3 to the SWZ
1. The subject of this contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Kleszczewo Commune, within a period of 24 consecutive months, together with the provision of services and additional obligations.
2. The scope of the contract in question (hereinafter, Service” or, Services”) includes:
1) receiving municipal waste cyclically, “at source” from property owners located in Kleszczewo Municipality (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Poznań County), who remain in the municipal waste collection system, broken down into the following fractions:
(a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter also referred to as "mixed waste")
(b) paper;
(c) metals, plastics and multi-aerial packaging waste;
(d) glass;
(e) biowaste constituting municipal waste (hereinafter also referred to as' biowaste ');
2) transport of collected municipal waste referred to in point 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "municipal waste") to the place of waste collection (management), provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer, with the exception of the place of collection (management) of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, which is provided by the Contracting Authority and the Contractor is obliged to transfer the entire stream of the indicated waste fraction to the designated place – the Thermal Conversion Installation Municipal Waste in Poznań (hereinafter referred to as "ITPOK"),
3) the use of waste referred to in point 1), with the exception of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, which is used at the place designated by the Contracting Authority. The development of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will occur at the expense of the Contracting Authority (will not be borne by the Contractor);
4) implementation of intervention acceptances;
5) providing property owners with bags intended for selective collection and collection of waste:
(a) paper,
(b) glass,
(c) metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging waste,
- insofar as the waste depositing system provides for the collection of waste in bags.
6) delivery of RFID tags (transponders) and their installation on waste collection containers, installation and commissioning, implementation and providing access to the system of identification of containers intended for the collection of municipal waste using radio identification technology (RFID);
7) the implementation of the services and obligations associated with paragraphs 1) to (6) above and resulting from the contract documents.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ.
The conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Order are also included in the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement (hereinafter "PPU") that will be introduced into the content of this contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
