The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to determine the conditions of contracts for care services for adults with physical disabilities in a residential centre with day care, defined in the Technical Specifications, which specify the administrative needs to be met by the Framework Agreement and the factors of any kind to be taken into account, as well as establish the procedure for its provision, through contracts based on this agreement.

The places awarded in this Framework Agreement, once concluded under the contracts derived from it, will be integrated into the Public Network of Care Centers for adults with disabilities, under the General Directorate with competence in matters of care for people with disabilities, of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Policy.
