Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) of systems related to access control of CEA/DAM (CADAM)

The purpose of the contract is to ensure the availability and security of the systems that make up the access control of the DAM.

In this context, the scope of the contract covers the following activities for all systems composing DAM Center Access Control (CADAM):

• Corrective, evolutionary and preventive maintenance;

• Additions, modifications or repairs of access to a Centre;

• Technical support;

• Training.

The Services to be performed concern the following centers:

• DIF (Essonne): intervention site

• INBS-PN (Bouches-du-Rhône)

• CESTA (Gironde)

• GRAMAT (Lot)

• VALDUC (Côte-d'or)

• LE RIPAULT (Indre et Loire)

The orders of magnitude of the market are as follows:

-about 10,000 CADAM badge holders across the entire DAM,

-about 300 users of Access Control related applications.
