Typology of equipment covered by the service:

- Material mainly on standard pallets and the rest on non-standard pallets.

- Equipment necessary for the operation of the gas distribution network (small items: screws, tools, fittings, etc., heavy items: cast iron manholes, metal taps, etc.)

bulky items: PE crowns, ... Long items: 6m copper, steel, PE tubes)

The location and size of the warehouse(s) subject to the consultation is detailed in section II.2.4) of this contract notice.

Location of warehouses and minimum location/space requirements:

Basic solution:

Applicants may propose two warehouses that meet the following minimum requirements:

- 1 warehouse near Gennevilliers (60 km max around the Gennevilliers platform, located at 46/48 Bld Dequevauvilliers, 92230 Gennevilliers) min 1500 pitches

- 1 warehouse near Châteauroux (250 km max) min 3000 pitches + 750 m² of mass area.

Minimum total: 8500 pitches + 750 m² mass area

Service including the entry, storage and issue of goods, manual handling operations on demand, access to a customer IS portal allowing the view of storage data.

Optional permitted variant:

In addition to the basic solution or alternatively to the basic solution, candidates may present a warehouse that meets the following minimum requirements: Storage warehouse near Gennevilliers (100 km from Gennevilliers in accordance with the geographical perimeter defined by GRDF in the map downloadable at the following address https://externe.secoia.grdf.fr/ (SECOIA))

Form of contract: Single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders

Engagement minimum: 1 000 000€

Engagement maximum: 2 730 000€

Therefore, GRDF will be required to order up to the minimum amount and may not exceed the maximum amount.
