The purpose of a computer services contract is to deliver services and provide software codes relating to the INRS FORPREV application to allow: - the maintenance in operational conditions of proper functioning of the application and the software environments that run it (Tma), - the realization of development projects. The contract also includes the reversibility of the services

this contract consists of a framework agreement within the meaning of the provisions of Articles R2162-1 to 14 of the Public Order Code (CPC) and an ordinary service contract. The framework agreement is mixed and is executed at the same time:- by the conclusion of contracts subsequent to purchase orders, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the CCP, with regard to the performance of :* services in the context of the realization of Projects, * advice, expertise and study (specific services),- by the issuance of purchase orders, under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP, with regard to the performance :* of services relating to the phase of knowledge and skills development of the holder, * of the services relating to the reversibility phase. The services of TMA are carried out, within the framework of the ordinary contract of services.in addition, the contract is the subject of a single tranche. It consists of a single lot, in accordance with Article L2113-11 of the CCP, the devolution into separate lots being in this case, likely to make technically difficult or financially more expensive, the performance of services relating to a single application
