1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to comprehensive winter maintenance of district roads located in the Bochnia poviat in the winter season 2023/2024, hereinafter referred to as ZUD, in accordance with the attached road lists. The total approximate length of the roads covered by the contract is 284.8 km, and the total length of the pavements covered by the contract is 70.615 km (with a 1.5 meter snow removal width). The lengths of roads and pavements (in km) are indicative quantities, presented for the purpose of preparing the offer. The Ordering Party does not provide for incurring additional costs in the event of a difference between the lengths of the attached list of roads and the actual state (this also applies to snow removal of bus bays, parking lots).
