Management and Operation of Sports, Leisure, Golf and High Ropes Adventure Facilities

The contract is for an initial period of 10 years and 8 months, with options to extend for up to a further 10 year period consisting of any number of periods, bringing the potential contract period to 20 years and 8 months.

Sports and Leisure Facilities

Lot 1 includes the following four sites:

Blackbrook Pavillion, Swimming Pool and Spa

Taunton Pool

Wellington Sports Centre

Wellsprings Leisure Centre

Golf and High Ropes Adventure Centre

Lot 2 consists of Vivary Golf Course and Adventure Centre.
