Service contract structured in two relative lots:
- the removal on the territory of the city of Liège, of vehicles with a maximum authorized mass of less than 3.5 t and accessory devices such as trailers, on the intervention of the local police of Liège, and the storage of these in a warehouse available to the service provider,
- the removal on request of the local police of Liège, the evacuation and the deposit for a legal period of six months of vehicles with a maximum authorized mass not exceeding 3.5 t and accessory devices such as trailers that can be qualified as wrecks or abandoned on the public highway, on the territory of the city of Liège, including depollution, dismantling and destruction of end-of-life vehicles at the expiration of the six-month period .
- Lot 1 concerns the repair of vehicles that are not classified as wrecks or cannot be considered abandoned on the public highwayThe services covered by this contract include:
- the breakdown service on the territory of the city of Liège and on request from the local police, vehicles with a maximum authorized mass not exceeding 3.5 t as well as accessory devices such as trailers,
- the evacuation and storage of these vehicles for a legal period of six months, on land available to the successful tenderer.
The vehicle will be taken to the warehouse of the successful tenderer by the shortest route, unless there is immediate recovery of the vehicle by the driver.
The following procedure should be followed. Following a request from the local police and which will be sent by simple phone call, the successful tenderer must evacuate the vehicle, within a maximum of thirty minutes from receipt of this phone call, and will take him to the warehouse. in the shortest time and by the shortest route. The successful tenderer will ensure the removal with the greatest care and taking care not to cause any damage to the vehicle.
The successful tenderer must perform the services regardless of the difficulties encountered.
The repaired vehicles will remain at the disposal of their owner, unless otherwise instructed by the local police.

- the removal on the territory of the city of Liège and at the request of the local police, of vehicles with a maximum authorized mass not exceeding 3.5 t as well as accessory devices such as trailers, which may be qualified as wrecked or abandoned on the public highway, it being expressly agreed that the movement of the service provider without the removal of the vehicle is considered a charge inherent in the market, and
- the evacuation as well as the deposit of these vehicles for a legal period of six months, on land available to the successful tenderer.
The successful tenderer must evacuate the vehicle within 48 hours of the request for intervention from the local Liège police, which will be sent by telephone or any other means of communication. The successful tenderer will ensure the removal in accordance with the rules of the art and taking care not to cause any damage to the vehicle.
All vehicles must, unless otherwise instructed by the local police, be transported to the facilities of the successful tenderer, where they remain at the disposal of the eventual owner for the legal period of six months.
