The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract a Tenderer for the provision of cleaning services during an initial period of three (3) years. Contracting authority has a unilateral, optional renewal option of seven (7) times one (1) year.

The present contract in this tender in terms of cleaning represents an annual value excluding VAT of approx. € 220,000 to € 265,000
