The implementation of the task “Construction of a new Legnickie Pole stop carried out in the framework of the construction/ modernization of railway stops for the period 2021-2025” on line 137 section Jawor — Legnica, in km 276,304 — 276,504 will be carried out under the “project and construction” system.

The object of the order is the design and construction of a new single-edge platform - the Legnickie Pole railway stop (working name) on line no 137 in km 276,304 — 276,504 with the implementation of drainage, access to the platform, single-level junction of the access to the platform with tracks of appropriate standard adapted to local conditions and other necessary robots in the accompanying industries, as well as replacement of the track surface and protective layer of the undertrack, including the construction of the drainage of the trackbed, and the construction of equipment type SPA -5 on the designed passage of the cat. B in km 276, 514 railway line no. 137

2.1. The subject of this Order “Construction of a new Legnickie Pole stop” under the “Government programme for the construction or modernization of rail stops for the period 2021- 2025”

The entire subject of the Order includes the implementation of the following elements:

1) update the design documentation necessary for the proper execution of all construction works and obtain for it all the required opinions, arrangements, admissions, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract;

2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Employer, referred to in the above-mentioned point 1, and all the preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the contract and to perform all activities required by law;

3) assessing the compliance of the structural infrastructure subsystem covered by the contract at each stage (design, construction and final testing of the subsystem).
