02.02 Computers are a re-offering of the existing agreement in this area. The agreement is awarded on the basis of the award criterion "Price". There will be one primary supplier as well as two secondary suppliers on the agreement, all of whom are equal in connection with mini-tenders. When the customer purchases less than 100 identical computers, it is done by direct assignment to the primary supplier. If the customer either needs more than 100 identical computers or has stricter requirements for a minimum of 25 computers, the customer must make a mini-tender among all three suppliers.
The range covers computer-related needs and requirements of the many different authorities and public institutions that will be able to use the framework agreement. The wide range is ensured partly through the individual requirements in the requirements specification and partly by ensuring more manufacturer brands broadly on the framework agreement.
