The National Multiple Sclerosis Center (later named as 'NMSC') has the intention to realize a solar panel park on the old and (future) new roofs of the hospital. Initially, it concerns 600 to 900 photovoltaic ('PV') panels on the newest part of the hospital; are the rehabilitation center. This must be realized in 2020 in order to still benefit from the system of the Green Electricity Certificates.
Current consumption is approximately 1,140 MWh per year, excluding the consumption of the recently installed air conditioning installation (June 2020).
The chosen Tenderer (Contractor) must, within the framework of the Contract, be responsible for, among other things, the feasibility study (with an estimate of the kWh to be realized on an annual basis and payback period), the design, delivery, installation and commissioning of the installation, including all ancillary activities that are necessary to bring the assignment to a successful conclusion (e.g. request a network study, provide stability study, take care of inspections, etc.), the guarantees and, as well as the maintenance and monitoring during the maintenance period (as a mandatory option), as further described in the Technical Provisions.
The feasibility study and design are part of the submitted offer.
With this Assignment, the Client does not undertake to purchase minimum volumes and does not grant any exclusivity to the Contractor for this Assignment.
