1. The subject of the contract includes the supply of computer and multimedia equipment, photographic equipment and specialized software for the Institute of Technical Sciences for the task: "Laboratory equipment at the Institute of Technical Sciences and the Institute of Design Arts with the adaptation of rooms and the development of distance education at PWSW in Przemyśl" .

2. The order was divided into three parts:

1) Partial task No. 1 Purchase and delivery of computer and multimedia equipment.

2) Partial task No. 2 - Purchase of specialized software.

3) Partial task No. 3 - Purchase and delivery of photographic equipment;

The Awarding Entity does not limit the number of parts of the contract which it intends to award to one Contractor.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1A to the ToR (partial task No. 1), Annex No. 1 B to the ToR (partial task No. 2) and Annex 1 C to the ToR (partial task No. 3).

The subject of the contract includes the supply of computer and multimedia equipment. The scope of the task includes the purchase and delivery of the nw. hardware:

In Annex No. 1A to the ToR, minimum parameters for partial task No. 1 which the subject of the contract should correspond to are given.

The Contractor submitting an offer must offer, and if selected, also provide, the subject of the contract in accordance with the Employer's requirements.

The contractor will deliver the subject of the order with his own transport to the place indicated by the Employer at his own expense and risk. The devices should be delivered to the headquarters of the State East European University in Przemyśl, to the place indicated by the Employer. The Employer requires that the offered object of the order be brand new, not used previously by another entity, manufactured not earlier than in 2019, from parts of new full value, in accordance with applicable law and standards, fully valuable, coming from the manufacturer's authorized sales channel Poland, the EU or the European Economic Area.

The subject of Part Task No. 2 is the purchase of specialized software.

Software for vector and raster graphics, photo editing, converting bitmaps into vector graphics - CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2019 or equivalent of 32 pcs.

Graphics software - Adobe Creative Cloud CC application package or equivalent 34 pcs.

Mail handling software (server) with integration of the pwsw.pl and pwsw.eu domain 1 item

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 B to the ToR (partial task No. 2).

Partial task No. 3 includes the purchase and delivery of photographic equipment.

The scope includes equipment:

A type camera 3 pcs.

Camera type B 1 item

1 camera

18-200 mm lens 2 pcs.

100 mm lens 2 pcs.

Tripod tripod type A 3 items

Tripod type B 3 pcs.

Lamp 1 pc

A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been presented in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 C to the ToR (partial task No. 3).

In Annex 1C to the ToR, minimum parameters for Partial Task No. 3 which the subject of the contract should correspond to are given. The Contractor submitting an offer must offer, and if selected, also provide, the subject of the contract in accordance with the Employer's requirements.

The Employer requires that the offered object of the order be brand new, not used previously by another entity, manufactured not earlier than in 2019, from parts of new full value, in accordance with applicable law and standards, fully valuable, coming from the manufacturer's authorized sales channel Poland, the EU or the European Economic Area.
