implementation of a regional tool for the dematerialization of SMUR intervention sheets to facilitate patient care, treatment and information transfer between UAS, SMUR and hospital services in emergency contexts

the need to provide a solution made available to SMUR will have to go beyond the simple transposition of paper forms into digital format in order to meet all the needs inherent in the collaborative work necessary for the proper care of patients in the particular context of SMUR emergencies. As such, the SI-SMUR solution should be understood as an integrated information system composed of several modules:- a mobile application optimized for tablets (Si-Smur application), which can also be used outside the coverage areas of mobile networks, which will be the tool of the SMUR teams for the production of intervention sheets;- a web solution (Si-Smur web portal), mainly intended for UAS and receiving services, for the follow-up of interventions and the recovery of information relating to the acts carried out during these interventions
