The subject of the contract is the service of providing support and updating of the Fudo Security IT solution owned by the Ordering Party, including the functionality of monitoring and recording remote sessions established to IT systems and the provision of other services.

Full name of the contract: "Providing support and updates of the Fudo Security IT solution including the functionality of monitoring and recording remote sessions established to IT systems and the provision of other services" (supplement to point II.1.1 of the Announcements)

1. The subject of the contract is the service of providing support and updating of the Fudo Security IT solution owned by the Ordering Party, including the functionality of monitoring and recording remote sessions established to IT systems and the provision of other services.

2. The subject of the contract shall, in particular, include:

a. provision of Technical Support services for the System owned by the Units, in accordance with the requirements set out in point II of the OPZ, including the provision of the following services: Update, Knowledge Base and System Maintenance,

b. providing or granting any licenses on the terms set forth in the Agreement,

c. providing Technical Assistance within the pool of up to 500 man-hours (under the option right).

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ.

4. Detailed conditions for the provision of services are included in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
