The primary goal of the tender procedure is to realize the (re)design of the town hall with furniture in line with the principles of hybrid working and within the wishes and requirements set for this.

Part of the assignment is the delivery of new (collection) furniture, the delivery of new custom furniture and the provision of revitalization and modification of existing furniture.

The assignment primarily provides for the realization of the (re)design, divided into three phases. The initial assignment concerns the realization of the Living Lab, phase 1, based on the already existing design. The Registration Sheet describes the furniture for the Living Lab.

The realization of the layout of the Living Lab is planned for week 23-2023.

The total contract value has been estimated at 750 thousand euros excluding VAT.
