It is about the construction of a new indoor swimming pool in Simmern / Hunsrück, Rhineland-Palatinate.

The planned indoor swimming pool has a maximum size of approx. 51.5 mx 33.5 m and a maximum floor area of approx. 1,725 m 2 . The building has two storeys. The ground floor is planned as a massive construction. The supporting structure of the upper floor is to be made of steel. The roof is designed as a flat roof. The outer walls should be made of wood glue boards with an outer shell in front.

Trade: flooring work 150 m 2 Pre-finished parquet, 2-layer thickness 20 mm with a primer 170 m 2 Linoleum floor with primer.
