The building is intended to accommodate the services of the Rectorate of Créteil, those of the DSDEN of Val de Marne and the CROUS, about 1120 to 1200 workstations, 200 parking spaces and reception services for the public and staff, on a floor area to be built of the order of 21,000 m2. Its design must allow a great flexibility of workspaces in the image of contemporary tertiary buildings.
