The subject of the order is the purchase of an HDR brachytherapy apparatus for the needs of the Brachytherapy Center of the Oncology Center - Instytut im. Maria Skłodowska Curie in Warsaw.

The purchase of the HDR brachytherapy device is carried out as part of the National Program for Combating Cancer: 'Retrofitting radiotherapy facilities' in 2019 (replacement of HDR devices - Agreement with the Ministry of Health and Administration No.: 1/6/23/2019/97/40). The order includes: purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning, commissioning and dismantling and utilization of the old HD 31571R device, delivery of a highly active source and implementation of the shield design.

The purchase of the HDR brachytherapy device is carried out as part of the National Cancer Disease Control Program entitled "Retrofitting radiotherapy facilities" in 2019 (replacement of HDR devices - Agreement with the Ministry of Health no. 1/6/23/2019/97/401). orders include the purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning, commissioning and dismantling and utilization of the old HDR31571 device as well as the delivery of the high-active source and the design of the shields.

Technical requirements for the HDR camera are described in Annex 1 to the ToR.

Order fulfillment includes the following stages:

Stage I - includes the purchase and delivery of HDR camera - until November 22, 2019.

Stage II - includes installation and commissioning, commissioning and training of the client's employees - by 31.8.2020.
