The purpose of the contract is the recruitment, selection, training and monitoring of junior Java software developers.

By order of one of the non-profit association members and in close collaboration with the concerned member of Egov Select launches a project aiming at:

- constitute a group (of mixed language) of minimum 14 and maximum 16 trainees via a recruitment campaign,

- train all members of this group in junior Java software developers through intensive enterprise training,

- to support to the maximum, by an adequate follow-up, the integration of the members of this group within the various teams of which they form part.

The overall duration of execution is maximum 9 months.
