RUMŠIŠKĖS ELDERSHIP COMMON USE AREA MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION SERVICES

The purpose of this service is to properly manage and maintain the common areas of Rumšiškės eldership (roads, streets, sidewalks, pedestrian paths, green areas, parks, squares, roadsides, green waste) in accordance with the Rules of Management and Cleanliness of Kaišiadorys district municipality, approved on 28 September 2017. By decision No V17-205 of Kaišiadorys district municipality, the rules of municipal waste management of Kaišiadorys district municipality and other legal acts regulating the management of this waste.

The service provider will be obliged to carry out:

1. Collection and removal of garbage, biodegradable (green waste, branches) in common areas.

2. Cleaning streets (1 meter from the curb of the street), sidewalks in summer and winter.

3. Spreading streets, roads and sidewalks with a mixture of sand, salt or sand-salt in the presence of slippery surfaces in winter.

4. Snow removal from pavement, parking lots, bus stops in a manual or mechanized way (as needed).

5. Garbage collection from cleaned parking lots, bus stops (two in Rumšiškės mstl.), streets, sidewalks, sidewalks, sidewalks, trash cans built on sidewalks and common areas and their removal.

6. Towing, sweeping, sweeping, collecting and removing leaves from managed areas.

7. The destruction of grasses sprouting in the crevices of sidewalks, near street curbs, in container yards, in the crevices of platforms of bus stops, in the grounds, in the sports field, in the children's playground.

8. Mowing of green areas, lawns.

9. The collection and removal of sand accumulated after winter sweeping from sidewalks and streets (1 m from the curb of the street).

10. Collection and removal of branches from roadsides after the felling of bushes and pruning of trees and common areas managed.

11. Management of green waste (sorting and removal).
