The purpose of this framework agreement is to set up a dynamic mixed transport on demand (TAD) service and the transport service for Persons with Reduced Mobility (Tpmr) under the conditions referred to in the Ccap and Cctp.Il is a single-service framework agreement with a minimum annual amount of 500,000.00 euro (s) HT and a maximum annual amount of 5 000 000.00 euro (s) HT executed as and when the issue of purchase orders, awarded in accordance with the open call for tenders procedure pursuant to Articles L. 2124-1 to 2, R. 2124-2-1°, R. 2161-2 to 5, L. 2125-1-1° and R 2162-1 of the Public Order Code
