1) The object of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste in the municipality of Żabno, Sector I and II, during the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023, in accordance with the provisions indicated in the SWZ.
2) The subject of the contract was divided into two parts, each of which is the subject of a separate proceeding, i.e.:
(a) Part 1 of the BC “Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste in the municipality of Żabno, Sector I, in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023.”
(b) Part 2 of the BC “Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste in the municipality of Żabno, Sector II, in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023.”
“Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste in the municipality of Żabno, Sector I, in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023.”(a) Part 1 of the BC “Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste in the municipality of Żabno, Sector I, during the period 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023", the subject of which is the collection and development (recovery or disposal) indicated in the description of the municipal waste order from the property on which They live in inhabitants located in the area of Żabno Municipality in Sector I comprising the villages Łęg Tarnowski, Chorążec, Sieradza, Niedomice, Ilkowice, Bobrowniki Wielkie.
I. Information on the 1st sector of Żabno Municipality
Characteristics of the municipality Żabno
1. The area is approx. 40 km2
2. Number of inhabitants by check-in 9393 persons, by declaration — 7479 persons,
3. The number of properties is — 2089 pcs.
4. The estimated amount of waste provided for collection and transport is 4000 Mg/24 months (including approximately 2200 Mg/24 months of waste code 200301, 900 Mg/24 months of paper, plastic and glass, 500 Mg/24 months of bulky waste, 400 Mg/24 months of ash).
II. The scope of the object of the order includes collection and development during the period covered by the contract:
(a) Mixed municipal waste, (waste code 20 03 01)
(b) Selectively collected municipal waste, i.e.:
− Plastics, plastic packaging waste, multi-plant packaging waste, metals, packaging waste from metals
− white and coloured glass, packaging waste of glass,
− Paper waste, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and cardboard
− ash
(c) Extuse medicines and packaging after medicines from containers supplied by the contractor.
(d) Biowaste accumulated

A. Single-family development
1. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - fortnightly.
2. Selectively collected municipal waste (paper, plastics, glass, metal, multi-product packaging waste) - once a month.
3. Biowaste - every 2 weeks.
4. Ashes — 1 time per month between January and April and October to December.
5. Bulk waste - once a year during the spring-summer period on the dates specified in the schedule for the collection of municipal waste. Waste will be exhibited in designated locations.
B. Multifamily
1. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - once a week.
2. Selectively collected municipal waste (plastics, paper, glass, metal, multi-plant packaging, biowaste) — not allowing containers to overflow at least once a week.
3. Bulk waste - once a year during the spring-summer period on the dates specified in the schedule for the collection of municipal waste. Waste will be exhibited in designated locations.
C. Holiday Cottages
A mixed collection system of municipal waste bag-container collection will apply from the summer cottages analogously as is the case for single-family development.
D. Extuse medications and packaging after medicines:
Receipt of waste from 1 point located in a dispensary in the area of Żabno Municipality - Sector I will take place after the filling of the containers for the application. Receipt of waste should take place within 7 days of the telephone or email notification. Estimated frequency of exports of medicines from individual points 2 times a year.
