A framework contract for the supply of district heating compact stations according to AGFW guideline 5.2.9 and transfer stations is put out to tender.
The transfer station is the link between the house connection line and the house control center. It is used to transfer the heat to the central office in accordance with the contract, e.g. with regard to pressure, temperature and volume flow. The measuring device for consumption recording is also housed in the transfer station.
The principle of the district heating compact stations is that all system components - both the district heating transfer station and the house station - are compactly ready for operation, i.e. also including electrical installation, combined and "compactly" mounted on a frame, i.e. ready for assembly. They are installed on site and only need to be connected to the supply lines of the district heating or the house system. Since the voltage supply is via a CEE plug, only the connection of an external sensor is required.
The compact station consists of individual modules, so that for later orders the compact station
can be put together as a single unit according to the modular principle. A compact station consists of
therefore always at least from the primary module, the heat exchanger module, the control module, and
at least one secondary module. At the transfer stations, a complete module is selected, which
can still be extended by a strainer in the return. The district heating stations are to be located on a
Frames can be mounted and delivered floor-standing or wall-hung. In special cases, the
frame and the district heating station can be supplied in two divided frames.
